瀬戸内にある染工場の小さな窯で1反ずつ丁寧に揉み込みなごら手作業で染め上げました。素材本来の風合いを活かすため、できるだけ張力をかけずに仕上げています。

膨らみと独特なシワ感が特徴のナチュラルな表情のシリーズです。また、SETO-6628は、仕上げにオリーブオイル配合された柔軟加工を施しました。

New item from the Setouchi series will be available this November.Each fabric is hand-dyed in small batches at a dyeing mill in the Seto Inland Sea,using a small kettle and carefully massaged by hand.

To preserve the natural character of the materials,the finishing process is done with minimal tension.This results in a soft volume and distinctive crinkle texture,giving the series its natural look and feel.
