瀬戸内にある染工場にて１反ごと手作業で染め上げ、生地に張力をかけずに整えてワッシャー仕上げしました。小さな釜の中で揉みこんでいるため、膨らみ感がある素材に仕上げました。

〇手作業で加工しておりますので、シワ感は均一ではありません。
〇反毎および部分的に多少の濃淡や色ムラがある場合がございます。
〇麻節、ネップ、色糸がございます。
〇中・濃色について、湿った状態で着用したり強く擦られた場合に、色移りすることがございます。
〇生地出荷後の返品・交換はお受けしておりません。

Each piece is dyed by hand at a dyeing factory in SETOUCHI, and finished with a washer finish without applying tension to the fabric.The material is rubbed in a small cauldron to give it a soft and bulky feel.

This fabric is made with special threads and processes.
We don’t count below as defect.

-mixing-in different of yarn and nep
-uneven thickness of yarn and nep
-uneven tone at same roll or a lot
